Judge Frank McCown sentenced Blevins to six years in prison on the felonious assault charge, six years in prison for the aggravated robbery charge, four years in prison for the count of fleeing and eluding authorities and 17 months in person for the theft of a car.

However, those sentences will run concurrently with each other and with any sentences he receives in connection with a charge of receiving stolen property that is pending in Scioto County.

Blevins is accused of beating and robbing a man in the bar parking lot and then leading police on a pursuit in an attempt to elude them.

He is also accused of stealing a car from a Pedro residence. These incidents happened Nov. 14, 2003.
