"Officers got a call about suspected drug activity in the vicinity of Third and Heplar streets," Ironton police detective Jim Akers said. "The department's K-9 unit was dispatched and alerted officers to the rear driver's side of the vehicle."

A search of a jacket in the back seat of the car allegedly turned up a bag of

marijuana, rolling papers and Loracet pills. A search of Bailey's person allegedly turned up Percocet and Hydrocodone pills.

Eight pills total were confiscated in the search in addition to the marijuana.
