The Rock Hill Redmen spent the season rebuilding and K.C. Christian became the cornerstone.

While the Redmen were just 5-16, Christian excelled as he was named to the Associated Press All-Ohio Division II honorable mention list.

Christian, a 6-foot junior guard, averaged 15 points a game. He was a second team all-district selection with the Association Press and the Coaches District 13.

Named the Division II

Players of the Year were Jacob Diebler of Upper Sandusky and Daequan Cook of Dayton Dunbar.

Upper Sandusky's Keith Diebler was selected the Coach of the Year.

In Division I, Jamelle Cornley of Columbus Brookhaven and Johnny Wolf of Cincinnati St. Xavier were the Players of the Year. Sharing the top coaching honor was Gregg Collins of Mansfield St., and Dave Hoover of Canton McKinley.
