PROCTORVILLE - It looks like "7" was the Fairland Dragons lucky number.

Trailing 3-1 in the sixth inning, Fairland scored seven runs and posted an 8-3 win over the Symmes Valley Vikings Tuesday in a non-league game.

"Symmes Valley played well. We were a little lackadaisical, but I don't want to take anything from them. They have a nice team," Fairland coach Roger Snyder said.
