Bobcats beat Senators

WEST PORTSMOUTH - The Green Bobcats are getting it from everywhere.
Green got good pitching and good hitting to remain unbeaten as the Bobcats beat the Portsmouth West Senators 9-4 Monday.
Ryan Bloomfield gave the Bobcats the pitching performance as he gave up eight hits, struck out eight and walked only one to run his record to 5-0.
The Bobcats had 10 hits with Travis Klaiber going 3-for-4 with three runs batted in. Brad Dehart and Odie Kelly each went 2-4.
"Bloomfield continues to be solid on the mound.
Travis Klaiber, Odie Kelly and Brad Dehart stepped it up for us at the plate tonight," Green coach Dave Shoupe said.
The Bobcats, now 17-0 on the season, play at Rock Hill on Saturday.
