PEDRO - It's not where the Rock Hill Redwomen want to be, but it's close.

Although not favored in the Ohio Valley Conference softball race this season, Rock Hill made a run at the league title. But a couple of tough losses leave the Redwomen 7-2 in the OVC and 13-4 overall after blanking the Coal Grove Lady Hornets 7-0 Tuesday.

"That's a pretty good accomplishment. We're pretty young. We only lose two players," Redwomen coach Mary Harper said.
