Four-year old Harleigh Ebeling leans over to give her friend Dawson Runyon, 3, a Valentine's Day peck on the cheek Monday evening.
The two best friends spent the evening at the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library Southern Branch in South Point to celebrate national chocolate month.
