Redwomen win 3-1 in 8 innings

Locked in yet another close game, the Redwomen stepped up for a 3-1 win in eight innings Tuesday.

Bobbi Harper and Mandi Estep combined to allow just four hits, strike out seven and did not walk a batter.
"Our pitchers did a real good job. They didn't walk anyone and that's always good," coach Harper said.
Each team got a run in the fourth inning.

Greenup tied the game in the bottom of the inning when Nichol doubled and scored on a pair of ground outs.
