SOUTH WEBSTER - Some things just aren't meant to be.

That's the way it was for the South Point Senior League All-Stars Tuesday as they fell 8-5 to Berlin in the state tournament.

"We just didn't hit the ball," South Point coach D.L. McWhorter said. "We've been hitting, but we were popping it up. And even as bad as we hit the ball we were still in it.
