Grand jury stays busy Thursday

Meeting for the second time in a week, a Lawrence County Grand Jury was a little busier Thursday for the second go around.

The grand jury indicted:

Christopher D. Jenkins, 21, 2572 County Road 5, Kitts Hill; felony burglary charge.

Dustin J. Siders, 23, 2211 County Road 105, Kitts Hill; felony burglary charge.

Floyd C. McCann, 50, 38 Township Road West, Ironton; felony count of operating vehicle while intoxicated, felony charge of grand theft auto.

Bill M. Adkins, 32, 107 Gilbert St., Huntington, W.Va.; felony charge of receiving stolen property.

Jonathan T. England, 19, 209 Kenwood Drive, Russell, Ky.; felonious assault with an additional firearms charge.

Herman Scott Bowen, 40, 11468 State Route 217, Scottown; felonious assault.

Gary E. Willis, 34, 3957 C. Haverhill Furnace Road, Ironton; felony grand theft.

Teresa L. Willis, 34, 3957 C. Haverhill Furnace Road, Ironton; felony grand theft.

Donna K. Allen, 40, 22022 State Route 243, Proctorville; three felony counts of complicity to theft and one count complicity to braking and entering.

Thomas D. Allen Jr., 20, 50 Township Road 1059, Proctorville; three felony counts of theft and one count of breaking and entering.

Richard J. Collins Jr., 21, 4204 State Route 243, Ironton; two counts of breaking and entering.

Esther Fraley, 39, 1905 S. Third. St., Ironton; felony theft.

Rebecca J. Stapleton, 31, 911 Center St., Ironton; felony theft.

Michael D. Chatfield, 23, 1735 Waldo Drive, Ironton; felony theft, felony grand theft.

Two cases were not presented. Once case was not indicted.
