SCIOTO COUNTY- Whose baby was this and how did she die?

Scioto County authorities are investigating the death of newborn girl whose body was found in the back yard of a Portsmouth residence Tuesday.

According to Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini, the body of the baby has been taken to the Montgomery County Coroner for an autopsy. Donini said at this time he did not want to speculate on the cause of death, the sex or race of the victim, but said the matter is being treated as a homicide.
