ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP - At its special meeting Saturday, the Rock Hill Board of Education elected Troy Hardy as its president and Jackie Harris as its vice-president.

This was the first meeting since three new members were appointed to the board during a special session Nov. 10.

According to board member Rich Donohue, the board also heard updates on some legal issues involving the district.

The board will meet in regular session Nov. 22 at 7 p.m.
