PEDRO — Just getting a little work in.

The Rock Hill Redmen didn’t have much trouble with the Ohio Valley Christian Defenders Friday as they rolled to a 72-24 win, but they did use their time wisely.

“The one positive thing we got out of it is we focused on ourselves and played within ourselves,” Redmen coach Marty Mills said.

Nick Howard grabbed nine rebounds and Aaron Stumbo seven. Christian also had seven assists while Davenport, Jarrod Casey and Wes Pierson all had two steals.

“We ran a lot of people in and out and K.C. did a lot of passing.”

The Redmen took charge early by jumping out to a 22-6 lead. They held OVC to three points in the second quarter and it was 38-9 at the break.
