A tractor trailer accident Monday morning left a big mess along State Route 93 and sent the driver to the hospital.

Fredrick K. Noble, age and address unknown, was driving north in an 18-wheeler filled with garbage at approximately 9 a.m. Monday when he lost control in a right curve and slid off the left side of the road and overturned near the 19-mile marker, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The vehicle is owned by Joe Ramey Trucking Co. of Haverhill.

Noble was transported by Lifeflight to Cabell Huntington Hospital where he remains in fair condition.

Crews were still working on cleanup at 2:30 Monday afternoon.

Several local fire departments assisted in the call.

The investigation is still ongoing.
