Jake Helton, son of Scott and Kelli Helton of South Point, recently competed at the Elks Mid-Atlantic Regional Soccer Shoot held March 17th - 19th

in Hagerstown, Md.

Jake placed fifth in the boys under eight year’s old division.

Helton competed with state champions from five states and the District of Columbia.

Jake represented West Virginia along with six other champions in four age divisions.

Jake won his divisions at a local shoot held in Huntington and earned the West Virginia championship last November.

Jake attends Burlington Elementary School.
