RACINE — The Symmes Valley Vikings need to find a way to the recovery room.

The Vikings fell behind early in each game Saturday as they dropped a doubleheader to the Racine Southern Tornadoes, 14-5 and 8-5.

“We have a game every day this week, so we pitched a couple of young guys. The first inning hurt us real bad and we couldn’t recover,” Vikings coach John Patterson said.
