Lawrence County authorities are searching for a Kitts Hill man reported missing by his parents Monday.

Matthew Horner, 23, of 9326 State Route 378, was last seen by his family June 28, 2006.

He left the family’s residence driving his white two-door Chrysler Sebring. His vehicle’s license plate number is DV77CR.

Horner is 6 feet one inch tall and weighs 216 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a red M&M candy with devil horns on his right shoulder and a green M&M with a halo on his left shoulder. He wears a class ring and a tongue ring.
