LAVALETTE, W.Va. — It doesn’t seem to matter what day you play Nathan Kerns.
On the third stop of the Tri-State Junior Golf Circuit Tuesday at Sugarwood Golf Course, Kerns won his third tournament in as many tries.
Kerns, a junior at Ironton High School, won at Riveria on Friday and then again Thursday at Esquire before Tuesday’s tournament.
Kerns shot a 2-over par 73 to win the 16-18 age division by one stroke over Korey Goad. Alex Brown of Ironton shot an 88 in the tournament.
Brent Morgan of Coal Grove won the 10-12 age division with a 44 on the 9-hole par 36.
