South Point little doubt about the outcome as Todd Mayo scored 11 points to trigger a 26-7 first quarter.

The Pointers were up 32-18 at the half and held the Jeeps to just two points in the third quarter as they built a 41-20 lead after three quarters.

South Point outscored South Webster 25-9 in the fourth quarter to win going away.

Mayo led eight players in the scoring column with 18 points in limited duty. He also had five assists and four steals.

Beau Weed scored 13 points to go with six assists and Corey Taylor added 10 points and eight rebounds.

Due to some construction conflicts, the Pointers will host Northwest on Saturday in the old high school gym.
