Eddie and Pam Harmon of Ironton are announce the birth of their second child, a son, Colin Edward, and was born on Nov. 14, 2007, and weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 and a half inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Frank and Janet Harmon of Ironton. Maternal grandparents are the late Walter and Rita Jenkins of Ironton.

Colin was welcomed home by his big sister, Brooklyn.
