Amber Murrell of Kitts Hill and Paul Zimmerman of Ironton were joined in marriage Feb. 14, 2008, at the Catlettsburg Wedding Chapel by the Rev. Marty Gute. The bride is the daughter of Nancy Downs of Kitts Hill and John Murrell of Kitts Hill. The groom is the son of Kay and Everrett Wilson.

The bride was given in marriage by the father of the groom and wore a wine colored dress with wrap. The groom wore a black tuxedo with wine colored shirt.

Katrina Zimmerman, niece of the groom, served the bride as her maid of honor. Flower girl was Maddison Zimmerman, daughter of the groom, and attendant was Bailey Birchfield. Best man was Greg Wilson who also served as ring bearer. A reception was held at the home of the groom.

The couple resides at Porter Gap.
