Aaron and Kathy Beals of Ironton announce the birth of a son, Joel Aaron Beals. He was born March 7, 2007, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Sharon Fields of Ironton and the late Bernard “Frotch” Fields. Maternal great grandparents are the late Charles and Florence Goodwin and the late Max Fields and Ruth Thacker.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Judy Beals of Ironton. Paternal great grandparents are Virgie Deerifield the late Gilbert and Rosemary Beals.

He was welcomed home by his brother, Jordan, and sister, Kaylee.
