Juvenile system can lead way but not force responsibility

I am a parent who had a child in the juvenile system in Scioto. My son was treated with the upmost respect a parent could ask for.

As for the rehab , he could have had alot more, but what he had was a start. You can not expect the system to fully be able to rehab your child if they don’t take what they are taught and put it into everyday life.

My son was charged again as an adult for the same type of crime, five years later. This is do to not using what was taught to him.
