The Supreme Court of Ohio has refused to hear the appeal of Roger K. Marshall in connection with the triple murder and multiple arson case involving the fire at the Lyle Motel in Ironton.

The Court stated it dismissed the appeal as “not involving any substantial constitutional question.”

Marshall is currently serving a life sentence at the Ross Correctional Institution in Chillicothe.
