PEDRO — It was a game that called for a little extra.

Rock Hill and Coal Grove combined for 12 extra base hits including four home runs by the Redmen as they outlasted the Hornets 13-9 Thursday in an Ohio Valley Conference game.

“It was a ball game where both teams hit the ball hard,” said Redmen coach Barry Litteral. “Both teams battled and didn’t give up, we were just able to push across more runs.”
