Kevin and Heather Mannon of Willow Wood announce the birth of their third child, a daughter, Josie Lynn. She was born Feb. 23 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are William Keith and Kimberly McCarty of Kitts Hill. Maternal great-grandparents are Thomas and Patty Tredway of Scottown and Elsie and the late Bill McCarty of Kitts Hill.

Paternal grandparents are Bobby and Peggy Mannon of Scottown. Paternal great-grandparents are Leo and Mabel Saunders of Scottown and the late Preston and Phyllis Mannon.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Preston Dillon Mannon, and her sister, Molley Anne Mannon.
