Ironton police

Vandalism— 200 block Mastin Avenue Saturday, vehicle damaged.

Vandalism— North Fifth Street underpass Saturday, two young boys reportedly poking passing cars with sticks, two six-year-olds located and sent home to their parents.

Skateboarders— Center Street fountain Saturday, kids on skateboards reportedly interfering with businesses, moved on.

Domestic— 300 block Pine Street Saturday.

Man down— Vicinity of Fourth and Center streets Saturday, man injured in fall, taken to area hospital.

Vandalism— Open Door School, Fourth and Lorain streets Saturday, kids on roof reportedly trying to get into building, located.

Shots fired— Lawrence Street apartments Saturday, negative contact.

Possible shots fired— 1400 block South Fourth Street Saturday, negative contact.

Fight— Lyle Motel, Third Street Sunday, Urian Benicker, 24, 5712 State Route 378, Willow Wood, arrested on outstanding warrant and taken to jail.

Ironton Police

Theft— 300 block Pine Street Sunday, lawnmower taken.

Vandalism— 1500 block South Fourth Street Sunday, vehicle damaged.

— Charles A. Holmes, 24, 654 Township Road 268, Ironton, commitment Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Joe C. Adkins, 35, 3182 State Route 650, Ironton, outstanding warrant Monday by the Ironton Police Department.

— Melissa A. Ison, 39, 917 McGovney Street, Ironton, permitting drug abuse, possession of cocaine, possession of drug abuse instruments Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Scott A. Jenkins, 26, 1125 S. Seventh St., Ironton, outstanding warrant Monday by the Ironton Police Department.

— Denny E. Moore, 41, 902 Gary Malone St., South Point, commitment Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
