Fight— 2700 block South Sixth Street Friday, Eight people involved small children present, all declined to file charges, Children’s Services requested to investigate living conditions and well-being of children.

Vehicle on bridge— Ironton-Russell Bridge Friday, man reportedly stopped on bridge to pick up cat, pecked by falcons.

Domestic— 1000 block North Fifth Street Friday, unruly child creating disturbance, advised.

Theft— Ironton Hills Shopping Center Friday, purse taken from vehicle.

County jail

— Michael A. Pennington, 18, 10908 County Road 4, Waterloo, resisting arrest, failure to comply with the order and signal of a police officer Saturday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— Tyler S. McAngus, 21, 517 N. Sixth St., Ironton, resisting arrest, failure to comply with the order and signal of a police officer Saturday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— Joshua T. Dietz, 31, Huntington, W.Va., commitment Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Aaron W. Brown, 29, 32 Township Road 1062, South Point, assault, falsification Froday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Sam Watson, 38, 6525 County Road 1, South Point, commitment Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
