Flyers pass by Clay Panthers
PORTSMOUTH — Using their passing, the St. Joseph Flyers passed another test.
The Flyers used their passing skills to beat the Portsmouth Clay Panthers 6-1 Thursday and remain unbeaten in five games.
“We used solid passing to set up the goals,” said Flyers coach Dan Blair. “The starters once again gave us enough breathing room to allow everyone to get some good playing time.”
Chad Harvey and Payton Blair scored two goals each to lead St. Joseph. Levi Hopkins and Ian Simpson added goals while Michael Pina handed out an assist.
The Flyers host Ohio Valley Christian at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
