PROCTORVILLE – The East End Huntington, W.Va., bridge that connects West Virginia to Proctorville will be closed from 7 p.m. tonight until 6 a.m. Thursday for an annual inspection.

Contractor Modjeski and Master have scheduled its inspection for Friday, Monday and Sept. 12. Only one traffic lane will be open at that time from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.

Detour will be the 6th Street Bridge and 17th Street West Bridge.
