Collis Burcham, 76, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home by Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home. VFW Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites.
