Menacing — Township Road 98, South Point, woman harassed via text. Suspect cited into court on Sept. 8.

Breaking and entering — building broken into, cornhole game stolen on Sept. 8.

Vandalism — State Route 7, Proctorville, window broken at gas station, Wednesday.

Petty theft — County Road 120, South Point, copper pipe taken from business, Wednesday.

Identity theft — County Road 128, Ironton, man reported that someone is filing tax returns under his Social Security number, Wednesday.

Domestic violence — State Route 93, at U.S. 52, Ironton, couple fighting Wednesday.
