SYBENE — The Concerned Citizens of Burlington will host a Meet the Candidates forum at 6 p.m. tonight at the Sybene Senior Center.

Candidates for Lawrence County Commission, Recorder, Clerk of Courts, Treasurer, Coroner and Sheriff have been invited to speak, as well as candidates for the U.S. Sixth Congressional district and 87th District Ohio House of Representatives.

“This affords people the opportunity, if they want it, to meet some of the people they will be voting for in November,” Ramsey said.

CCB President Harriette Ramsey said each candidate will be given four minutes to speak. After all the candidates have spoken, there will be a question and answer period.
