FLATWOODS, Ky. — Barbara Lewis, 74, of Flatwoods, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Evans Funeral Home, Raceland with the Rev. Denver Woods officiating. Burial will follow in Plum Grove Cemetery.
