Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama will make his first visit to our area when he launches a two-day “American Jobs Tour” through Southern and Central Ohio. On Thursday Obama will bring his bus tour to Portsmouth, following stops in Dayton and Cincinnati.
