Theft— Speedway, Park Avenue and Eighth Street Monday, purses taken from vehicles.

Fight— Illusions, Fourth and Center streets Tuesday, one man reportedly assaulted, taken to area hospital, Robert P. Womack, 39, 1068 Southern Heights Ave., South Point, arrested and taken to jail.
