Marsha P. Ahmed, 58, of Columbus, died on Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, after a short battle with cancer. She was the owner of Therm-Scientific, Inc.
Marsha is preceded in death by her husband, Mohammed Ahmed; mother, Naomi Stevens, and father, Joseph Paul Faulkner. A loving mother, she is survived by her children, Theresa (Scott) Eddy, of Bowling Green, Ky.; Tarah Helsel, of Columbus, and Shafi Ahmed, of Columbus; grandchildren, Dustin Thompson and Kiersten Helsel; brothers and sisters, Gary Faulkner, Gloria Faulkner, Sheila (Tim) Pemberton, Brian Faulkner, Mary Beth (Steve) Lehn and Jackie Long; many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service was Dec. 23, 2008, at Rutherford Funeral Home, 2383 North High St., in Columbus. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: HomeReach Hospice, 180 East Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43215 or American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43215.
