HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Charlotte L. Barker, 91, of Huntington, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008, at the Emogene Dolin Hospice House. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Beverly Hills United Methodist Church in Huntington. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation is an hour before service at the church. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home.
