Grand jury hears cases

Drugs, burglary and arson were among the indictments handed down when the Lawrence County grand jury met Monday and Tuesday.

According to information from the office of Lawrence County Prosecutor, among those indicted were:

— Jerad Snead, 27, 602 Lane St., Coal Grove, resisting arrest.

— Ronald D. Gibson, 43, 316 Monroe St., Ironton, burglary.

— Garland Sharp, 50, 6802 County Road 4, Pedro, felonious assault.

— Marqueeta Hausey, 906 S. Ninth St., Ironton, two counts of theft by deception.

— Johnifer Barnwell, 22, Macon, Ga., possession of crack cocaine, falsification, trafficking in crack cocaine.

— Antonio Whitehead, 21, Macon, Ga., possession of crack cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon, falsification, trafficking in crack cocaine.

— Robert Prince, 32, Franklin Furnace, theft.

— Aaron Quinn, 22, 86 Township Road 1023, South Point, escape.

— Annie-Laurie Adams, 26, Ashland, Ky., misuse of credit card.

— Nathan Dement, 22, 12125 State Route 217, Scottown, one count each of arson and breaking and entering.

— Corey Sadler, 20, 12125 State Route 217, Scottown, one count each of arson and breaking and entering.

— Ronnie Clark, 21, 96 Private Drive 1206, Chesapeake, one count each of arson and breaking and entering.

— Ethan Harber, 37, Oak Hill, failure to comply with the order and signal of a police officer, tampering with evidence, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, using a weapon while intoxicated, endangering children.

— Joe Walden, 41, 1410 County Road 411, Proctorville, one count each of breaking and entering and grand theft and two counts of theft.

— Randy Pine, 36, 307 Second Ave., Chesapeake, theft.

— Andrew LaSalle, 76 Township Road 1069, South Point, felonious assault.

There were also secret indictments handed out.
