ASHLAND, Ky. — The Red Lion Theatre Company will be hosting a Fringe Festival from Feb. 11-14 at the Gukundi Multiplex on the corner of Eighth Street and Carter Avenue in downtown Ashland.

All area individuals, community organizations, companies, colleges and high schools are invited to submit a short one-act play, 10-minute play, sketch, etc., to be shown during the run of the festival.

The deadline for submission is Friday, Jan. 30 and, unfortunately, due to the time constraints associated with the festival, no late submissions can be accepted.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the winner and runner-up of each category as well as to the over-all winner and runner-up.

Red Lion hopes to bridge the gap between the separate performing arts groups in the Tri-State in a manner that highlights and show-cases the art form.
