Just what the doctor ordered. Well, okay, maybe it was the coach who ordered it.

The Symmes Valley Lady Vikings got a much-needed win Saturday as they downed the Rock Hill Redwomen 59-40 in a non-league game.

“That was a much-need win for my team. We had to shake off our shooting slump and we did today,” said Lady Vikings’ coach Lisa Bryant.

Morris had six points and Nikki Nance had five points including a 3-pointer for the Lady Vikings.

“We had better intensity on the defensive end in the second half,” said Bryant.
