PROCTORVILLE — The Ohio University Proctorville Center will be among the free tax preparation sites sponsored by the United Way of the River Cities. The preparers will be the Southwest Earned Income Tax Credit Asset Building Coalition.

The EITC is for families with annual incomes of less than $41,646. The EITC is a special tax credit that may provide up to $4,824 for qualified filers.
