The South Point Pointers understood what Rafiki meant when he said in “The Lion King” movie that, “It is time.”

After another heart-breaking loss at Fairland on Friday, the Pointers got a much-needed win on Tuesday as they rolled past the Greenup County Musketeers 67-52.

“We needed to get a win. We were due,” said Pointers’ coach Gary Norris. “We were concerned with bouncing back and we did.”
