PROCTORVILLE — Homer Brady Osburn Sr., 84, of Proctorville, died Monday, March 2, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was the husband of Vivian Stiltner Osburn, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Greg Inboden officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home.
