Ironton police

Drug activity — Friday, callers reportedly saw woman snorting something from paper plate and then pull out of CVS pharmacy parking lot on South Third Street, vehicle and suspect located, Jennifer Murphy, 31, Franklin Furnace, arrested and taken to jail.

Trouble — Fourth and Oak streets Saturday, man reportedly beating woman, suspects located, said incident verbal only, advised.

Intoxicated female — 100 block South Fifth Street Saturday, woman reportedly driving while intoxicated, sometimes even driving on sidewalk, taken to police department.

Trouble — End Zone 400 block South Second Street Saturday, all advised.

Trouble — 1900 block South Fifth Street Saturday, advised.

Accident — Ninth and Madison streets Saturday, two parked cars reportedly hit by passing car, driver taken to police department for tests.

Fight — Marlow, South Third Street Sunday, large fight, all involved declined to file charges.

Fight — 600 block Cliff Street Sunday, large fight, one man reportedly said he had a gun, one man assaulted, suspect named.

Sheriff’s office

Disorderly conduct — County Road 411, Proctorville Friday, woman arrested for outstanding warrant at Lawrence County Municipal Court reportedly became unruly, resisted arrest, taken to jail, drugs and drug paraphernalia found in purse when searched at jail, Jamie K. Parsons, 28, 1994 County Road 31, Chesapeake, charged.

Domestic — Fayette Township Saturday, woman reportedly assaulted, man denied accusation and said she assaulted him, David S. McFann, 44, 214 Township Road 1430, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.

Breaking and entering — County Road 1, South Point, storage units entered.

Assault — County Road 2, Scottown Friday, woman reportedly threatened, man punched several times, suspect named.

— Christopher M. Adkins, 24, 7965 State Route 7, Proctorville, outstanding warrant Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

—Philip L. Devaney, 28, Glenwood, W.Va., outstanding warrant Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
