BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — James C. “Buzz” Redmond, 53, of Bowling Green, formerly of Ironton, Ohio, died Saturday, March 21, 2009, during an early morning fire at his residence.
He was born Dec. 14, 1955, the son of the late James C. Redmond and the late Harriett Johnson Wickline Redmond, both of Ironton.
Survivors include a daughter, Michelle Redmond, of Florida; his brothers, Randy Redmond, of Pedro, Dale Redmond, of Plainfield, Ind., David Wickline, of Tonopah, Ariz., Eugene “Butch” Wickline, of Bowling Green, Ky.; two sisters, Jan Redmond Dillon, of Bowling Green, Ky., and Sandra Wickline Thornton, of Pedro; an aunt, Betty Johnson McKee, of Ironton and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in the soldier’s section of Woodland Cemetery at a later date.
