— Billie Egbert, 29, Portsmouth, outstanding warrant Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Assault — County Road 59, Chesapeake Monday, woman, man assaulted, man threatened, suspect named.
Theft — State Route 775, Proctorville Tuesday, money taken from purse, possible suspect named.
Intimidation — County Road 59, Chesapeake Monday, man and woman reportedly accosted over police report filed on earlier assault, suspect named.
Cruelty to animals — Private Drive 2550, Proctorville, two dogs poisoned, killed.

Need person removed — Fuzzy Duck, unwelcome guest refusing to leave, moved on.
Possible attempted breaking and entering — 2500 block South Fourth Street Tuesday, people reportedly looking in cars, located and taken to police station.
Vandalism — 900 block Pine Street Tuesday, vehicle damaged.
Attempted breaking and entering — 2100 block South Fourth Street Tuesday, suspect named.
Theft — 2500 block South Fifth Street Tuesday, vehicle entered.
Theft — 2000 block South Third Street Tuesday, copper wiring taken out of house.
Theft — 1000 block South Fifth Street Tuesday, money taken from residence.
Need person removed — 600 block South Eighth Street Wednesday, situation escalated to domestic violence, Craig Lewis, 24, of Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.
Fight — Sixth and Lawrence streets Wednesday, verbal only, all involved moved on.
Fight — Cliff Street apartments Wednesday, those involved left prior to officers’ arrival.
Trouble —800 block South 10th Street Wednesday, people reportedly in street arguing, moved on.
