PROCTORVILLE — “3” was the magic number for the Amber Bias.
Bias threw a 3-hitter on the mound while Sashe Burcham and Sam Ball each went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the Fairland Lady Dragons to an 11-0 five-inning win over the South Gallia Lady Rebels on Thursday.
“Amber did pretty well, but we got a lot of contributions from everyone. They’re all starting to step up,” said Fairland coach Glenn Dillon.
Burcham also had three RBIs for Fairland and Keri Pinkerman added two runs batted in. Stormie Spitzer and Bias each went 1-3.
Fairland (2-1) visits Chesapeake in an Ohio Valley Conference game on Monday.
