I love being an American. It is the greatest country in the world and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and can express it because we live in America.

I read where some are bashing President Barack Obama on his stance on abortion and stem cell research. I wonder what these bashers’ opinions are on the recent disclosures of torture on prisoners.

Do these far-right Christians think these practices were just and right under the Bush-Cheney administration?

I wonder how many lives were taken while these tortures were being administered. I bet we will never know the answer to that question. President Obama says forget and forgive, which is a Christian attitude, don’t you agree far right?

I bet G.W. Bush wouldn’t have said that if he was in in a similar situation. I am just an American wondering.
