Court workers make cleanup in South Point huge success

We would like to express our gratitude to Tim Newman and Judge Donald Capper of the Lawrence County Municipal Court for their help and support in sending the village court workers and community service people to help with our bi-annual village clean up this Spring.

Every day the court sent several workers who were courteous, easy to work with and very helpful, hard workers to help us.

The village picked up over 105 tons of trash and 13 truck loads of chipped brush and yard waste.

This is a huge job twice a year for the village but the residents really appreciate the service and the court’s help makes the job a lot easier. Thanks again.
